Default rain!

Please put my mind at rest, it does stop raining in Brisbane at times doesn't it? Everytime I look at the forecast it's raining or there has been more flash floods, moved here to get away from all the rain, don't wanna move back to the same!! Just had a friend over here on holiday and she spent two weeks there and it rained every day bless her!

Feb 2010 Brisbane had 8 days of rain out of the first 16 days
Feb 2009 Brisbane had 13 days of rain out of 28.
This is our wet season though.

In July 2009 we had 2 days of rain out of 31 days.

Now we've moved from the Brisbane area, it should stop raining as much

Very cool, I love it ... I suffer the brain stifling humidity for the cooler months ... it does get cold at night though but that is what our stockpile of wood is for

Its been a pretty dry summer actually you should see a wet one

The humidity the last few days has had that 'troppo' feel, but it really has only been days.

Nice today, raining but cool, well maybe 27, so nice you actually feel human again.

Oh yeah first few summers we had in qld MOST of the summer was like that, and much hotter, luckily since then never seen more than days at a time like it.

Courier mail reported saturday night was 90% humidity with temp of 25c but apparant temp of 30.

Give me snow anyday

First time my folks came over it was raining and overcast for the first 10 days they were here. I could see them actually getting annoyed with me, like it was my fault.

Luckily the sun came out after that, and then it was wall-to-wall sunshine for the remaining 5 weeks of their stay.

Oh god, I'm agreeing with Jad again. Hellllllppppppp! I did think it was a bit chilly this morning though, had a jumper on but I've now changed that for a t shirt, not losing the jeans though

We must have been so lucky then. We arrived in Gold Coast Friday morning and it was hot and humid until our last night on Monday when it just started to rain as we left the restaurant. We thought the lightening we'd been watching for an hour before the rain was a strobe lighting show from somewhere!

Trawling round 3 theme parks in 3 days with 6 kids made me feel quite weak in that humidity. I had to keep leaving them with the husband while I sat in the shade with a chilled beverage ...
