The journalist in this case knew exactly what sort of response she was going to get. Have a read on the rest of the articles on the same on-line magazine - the tones are all similar. The subjects may be Muslims, black Americans, or immigrants. David Horowitz is well known in the US for his extreme views, and very often his views are considered by many as racist. Do a Google search on his name and you'll see what I mean.
There are people out there who don't have the brain you and some of us on the forum have, and can be easily misled by these unbalanced articles.
