Default A question about chopping a log

If I chop a log and nobody else is there to smell it, has it happened?

Question Re: A question about chopping a log

There is a very similar philosophical conumdrum that was posed to me when I first went to university--if a tree falls in a forest and there is no one there to hear it is there any noise. My answer?? yes, because the falling of the tree is a physical manifestation and not an abstract one.Try that one for size!!!--back to your chopping!!!!

Evidence will be provided if your wife has to recover the skid-marked garment from the laundry bin! The fact will be concrete and not abstract then!
