Quark!!?
Does anyone know what Quark is in Australia and where we can get it? The stuff is known as Quark in the UK (well Sainsburys anyway) but kohupiim in Estonia

I don't think that is really what she expects when she pulls back the silver foil lid .... but then again as I have had pointed out to me today I'm no oil painting so maybe it is!!
