They're really yummy roast, on a tray with beetroot, sweet potatoes, onions and whole garlic... Drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.....

The colour of an orange depends on where it grows.
In more temperate climes, green skin turns orange when the weather cools.
In countries where it’s always hot, the chlorophyll is preserved and the fruit stays green.

Cheap because they're too ripe for the locals who prefer them green.
