We went to see one years ago, he was fantastic. A broad Yorkshire accent, complete with a gammy arm that became possessed by spirits of the recently departed. Just the way he shuddered & waggled his limp arm about was classic "Hammer House of Horror" My mate & I had tears streaming down our faces.
Culminating in:
"Does anyone know a Bobby?
"Yep me"
"Were you close?"
"Yes"
"Has he recently departed?"
"Yes"
"Was it a violent death?"
"Yes"
"He says he's in a much better place now"
"Well I suppose a small cage was no life for a budgie, but when the cat got to him well....................."
Then the doormen ejected us, Deb & my mates wife were mortified:o:eek:
Never having been thrown out from anywhere before:blink:

I have been to loads:o Me and my mates used to love going to them, but unfortunatley they were all rubbish and a waste of money. Nothing they said made any sense or came true.:thumbdown:

I had a reading by one in the late autumn of 1990 on a whim. I didn't tell her anything about me at all. When I got there all I did was say hello; didn't tell her my name, relationship status, nothing.

She told me that I was going to move a long way away with someone whose name started with an R and a W was prominent in his name. She said we would move far away within a year and within 5 years I would have 2 children by him. I told her my boyfriend's name, which didn't have an R or W in it and I didn't know anyone with those initials in his name at all, and that it was very unlikely I would have children, having had a long history of miscarriages with my first husband. She also told me that the guy I was presently dating would marry someone named Lori and that they would have to overcome a lot of obstacles in order to be together.

Anyway, about a month later the boyfriend and I had amicably split, but still stayed friends and he started seeing a woman who he eventually married. On Christmas night I went to my sister's place for the evening and met my neice's new boyfriend and his brother, whose name starts with R. Then on New Year's the brother was there again and he asked if we could see each other again and since the boyfriend and I had split up I said sure. We started seeing each other in early January and in July he got a job offer in Vancouver, which was 5000km away. In August 1991, 8 months after we started seeing each other we moved to Vancouver. In December 1993 I discovered that I was pregnant and with the help of a wonderful obstetrician I gave birth to my daughter in 1994. 23 months later in 1996 my son was born. It all fit perfectly within her 5 year timeframe.

Anyway, my ex boyfriend ended up marrying the ex-wife of the man who married his ex-wife. He name is Lori btw.

Ive seen a lot in foreign countries. I saw a great one who had lots of fits in a hut in the Transkei. She ate some potions, fitted like mad, beat herself with sticks, contorted and then screamed that I should leave the hut as she couldnt tell me what she had seen. Woe woe woe

A horrible one in china told me I would die of cancer at 40, my children would die young- I would have 4 - one would have an accident on the road, one would drown, etc etc. My mother would die soon, my father was going to prison. after about 20 mins I was hysterical and a huge crowd had come to watch - twas very very funny - she was so serious and spiteful

Saw lots of mundane ones too who told me I would have a new bra that week etc and meet a dark man of my dreams etc

I dont believe in it all although i am a big believer in spirituality, intuition, karma etc

I have been to a couple and they have said things they definitely could not have known. I believe that some people are gifted in this way but that there are a lot of scammers out there too, in particular those on the end of the ring-a-psychic lines.

you probably werent a person at all and have only just been elevated to that. You were most likely a cane toad or something and this life is surely better than being deep frozen and used as fertiliser.

Em - no nothing is ever every simple or straight forward. I could write lots of books, I live on crazy happenings and weird events - its like a curse. But hey in between I am happy (I think)
