Ebay.au: A Hong Kong seller

Typed in the cartridge number and sorted by price. A variety of solutions from ink refill kits to cartridges came up. I'd actually prefer to buy a refill kit but replacement cartridges won on price. And that's more important right now.

You could have a point, Alfresco. But a $10 gamble is better than a $70 rip off :D

I've also used a Hong Kong ebay source for Pixma cartridges, which are "chipped".
One of them didn't work (the printer thought it was empty) but apart from that they've been great, and at the price, even if a few of them didn't work you would still be way ahead.
ebay rules!
