Yes indeed. Very slack on my part. As it turned out, I, along with everybody else, underestimated the size of the thing. It seems many truck companies 'sneaked' extra trucks into it. The Police had set a limit of 500 trucks... seems there was 720.

We're all going to get jobs soon but they'll be heaps more $ and we may get the offer of part-time too!
The GBP/AUD rate will miraculously shift in our favour (either way) so we can all move money where we want to, when we want .....and it won't rain all blooming summer in Brisbane (but we will have the odd nice cool day) :fingerscrossed: Ooh, and ALDI will get some more Cappuccino truffles in and this time I'll read the label and find that there are practically no calories in them |
