This Scottish lingo is hard to grasp.

'Where are ye from?' This bloke asked me

'London' I replied.

'You're right up my street!' He grinned

'I didnt know he knew where I lived' I said to Mags

OMG! this women left her handbag on the side and went to wash and dry her hands. I was itching to tell her to keep an eye on her bag before it gets lifted.

And they dont have the screens on their buses, where the drivers are protected from the public.

Its another world.

I couldnt believe how people can leave their bags beside them, when where I live, your bag is lifted if its not glued to you and how I felt so relaxed wherever we went.

It made such a change as well to be able to go out and not cough my guts up with the fag smoke.

Abdel would have loved it here soapy. A very friendly place with its own way of doing things.

Although I couldnt understand alot of the people their accent was that strong.
