I don't know whats gone on, but in the 5 or so years I have been posting on here it is my opinion the most cliquey that I have ever seen it.
I don't mind saying that a certain QLD element has almost made it almost impossible to post on here lately. I along with a couple of other posters disagreed with the QLD posse the other week and the abuse from their so called friends was unbelievable.
If someone wants to leave then they obviously feel strongly enough about whatever the problem is to take this stance, so you should let them go.

Didn't really want to comment, but being a mod is a thankless task for the most part, as whatever you do is perceived as wrong by somebody. People seem to have lost their self control when on the net and let rip, or things can be misinterpreted as you haven't got the modulation of voice or posture to help you. People can also be far more aggressive than they would be if you faced them in real life.

I never notice anything totally oblivious however if you want to give up moderating and have a rest good for you. Just think of the free time you will have and come in and say what you really feel
