We musn't let it slip off the front page...so lots of typing like mad girlies and gents??
I have just come back from swimming with my son. He is getting quite good at it I am really proud. He will certainly need to swim before we get to Australia!

i`ve managed to miss everyone tonight, cant wait to see u all on the 28th.
at least get a good conversation in.
i`ve not been so good for the past 2 days.(real sharp, stabbing pains in centre of tum!!!, just keeps attacking without warning.

Appendicitis starts with a central pain around navel area and then it moves to the lower right area of abdomen.
Get checked out if you havn't already as my dad ignored the warning signs and had to have emergency op.
