OMG, as a mother of a 15 year girl, reading this story made my blood run cold, how that poor girl must of suffered, poor lass. Like you, my heart goes out to the family...

Wasnt it only a few months ago 2 15 yo perth girls were charged with murdering their classmate and burying her in the basement.

Two 15 yo girls stabbed here stabbed some bloke for his grog just up the road from mooloolaba, it was metres from where we rented. Lovely kids :scared: one hauled in before for stabbing possums for fun.

Xmas and her birthday will never be the same again for the family. It will just become a painful reminder of a lost loved one and the nasty way in which her life was taken by scum.

jeez...just read. I am looking forward to leavin the UK to get away from kids like this. Maybe I was being nieve but I always thought Oz as so much safer than the UK. Is this kind of thing unusual?

As a parent I can't imagine how her family must be feeling, truly dreadful.

Unfortuantely my perception is that violent crimes have been on the increase for some time. Cases like this, while uncommon, are occurring more frequently here in WA and other parts of OZ Most often it is groups of drunken or drugged up teens and young 20's attacking some innocent as they leave a nightclub or train station.

They will be going through extreme pain, a living hell that will not leave them as long as they live.

My daughter is 13 and I have had to talk her around to come to Oz. What a sick world we live in. I will have to think long and hard as to what the right decision is to be. No point getting out of the frying pan only to step into the fire. I want the best for her as all parents do and my thoughts were that Oz offered so much more and was safer....I am getting myself into a tizz now!!

Oz is by no means perfect and that is what you have to remember......crime there is as bad in parts as it is here.

My friends cousins 18 year old daughter was raped on the Wirral( UK ) at the weekend and virtually left for dead
