happened to my son too, with vodafone, he was 15 at the time successfully made company withdraw charge as he had also texted stop.Didn't allow him a phone till 15 now he is 17 and never off the darn thing

She will get one when she goes to high school as she may need to walk home by herself some days and i think for safety she needs one these days, unfortunately the world is full of not nice people these days
