The Tories will win the most seats but will it be enough with the boundaries so biased towards Labour?
If Labour get voted in again then the country deserves all the pain that Brown will inevitably drop on it.

A hung parliament doesn't mean a party hasn't won. The winning party could be counted as the party with most seats. But that doesn't mean they have a majority.
The Tories will win the most seats but will it be enough with the boundaries so biased towards Labour?

I interpreted the question as winning with a majority, as a minority government will struggle to be effective and it would not be much of a victory IMHO.
