The house is in Ridgewood, which is at the back of Merriwa, it will be joined up with butler eventually & our daughter can still attend Butler primary which she really enjoys ! some people have told us its not the "best" area, but as far as we can tell it looks lovely & all the houses near by are all very well kept ! The house prices here are also lower than Kinross where we had hoped to buy, but we had to put a 30% deposit down as my OH is self employed, so had to look at areas like Clarkson & Merriwa which by the way we thought were really nice as well ! :)
