our new house !!!!

our new house !!!!
We went to look at a house on Friday, fell in love with it & put an offer in ! didnt think they would accept it straight away as they were having a house open at the weekend & might see if they received a better offer, but 2 hours later we had a phone call from the agent saying they accepted it !! 
Even better they are in no rush to leave so we can stay until our lease is up on the rental !
The house is in Ridgewood, which is at the back of Merriwa, it will be joined up with butler eventually & our daughter can still attend Butler primary which she really enjoys ! some people have told us its not the "best" area, but as far as we can tell it looks lovely & all the houses near by are all very well kept ! The house prices here are also lower than Kinross where we had hoped to buy, but we had to put a 30% deposit down as my OH is self employed, so had to look at areas like Clarkson & Merriwa which by the way we thought were really nice as well !
