If you do a runner from your mortgage and bank, the bank will eventually move for legal proceedings, if you ignore court proceedings then an arrest warrant can eventually be granted for you. Then they could chase you to Aus..

Oh, and by the way, I landed in perth a few months ago, landed 3 job offers, got a great house and luvin it.
