Only a Pom
Only a Pom would-
go to the beach in the middle of winter and wonder why the beach is deserted on such a warm 10 C degrees day. be more worried about spiders getting into his house then burglars. Turn the air conditioning on when it reaches 25c degrees. Think its a few hours drive from Perth to Melbourne. Thinks that Home and Away and Neighbours are accurate portrayals of what its like living in OZ. can anyone think of anymore to add? |

Wonder why you are the only person in the supermarket filling your trolly then getting the $480 bill:eek: Have No idea what a cyclone rod is at a interview for construction work. Your suddenly the parent of an entire brood of gifted or genius children. You try to tan your kids:eek: You buy a $5000.00 silver bbq with more features than your entire kitchen. You photograph hubby in front of the the $5000.00 silver bbq. You photograph the kids in front of the $5000.00 silver bbq. You post the pictures on the internet. Then you discover you cant sit outside cause the bugs eat you alive:D Repeat photo process with jetski and new silver 4WD. Sell BBQ and jetski and silver 4WD when you realise that stacking shelves for a living really is part of the dream. Take first visit to the dentist then wonder if the bill included a facelift and breast implants. |
