We are also on a no-Chinese products mission. Sometimes it's impossible not to buy Chinese - LED lighting for example, but we're giving it a red hot crack. I bought some garden tools the other day and paid 50-70% more for the German and Finnish made products rather than buy Chinese
I refuse to buy any food made in China. End of. After multiple trips to Japan, we love Edamame (Soy) beans. We're not allowed to grow them in WA (can't even buy the seeds here) so have to buy frozen. The $3 packs in Colesworth are sourced from China, so I buy them from the Japanese store in Subiaco for $7 a bag
Aldi tomato paste is made in Italy
