Mr Imisides said he believed the property was worth in excess of $700,000 but it had attracted just two bids of $150,000 and $200,000, with the first from Patten's group.

The auctioneer said these bids were "ridiculous".

Before you auction your house make sure theres no sharp shaped rocks or seas shells in your backyard. or the same thing could happen.

A house is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Good job.
