OMG!!! Aus Govt to review all visas less than 2 years old
I have just heard from a friend of my mates hairdresser's cat groomer, who lives in watta faucca, was sent a letter from DIAC which told them that all visa's granted in the last two years are to be reviewed, any persons who are not where they should be (State sponsored) or working for who they should be (employer sponsored) will have their visa revoked. in addition any persons who have not had any gainful employment in this time will be sent to Christmas Island for processing and further checks.

Dear Ms. Daisy
As part of the Austrailian Governerments plans to only allow migrants
into Awstralia that can, and do, add value to the economy, we are conducting enquiries into all persons granted visa's within the last two years, to check on the progress of the applicant and how they have integrated into society.
As part of these investigations, previous applicants will be asked to justify their existence and whereabouts since the time of their grant, any person's found to be in breach of their visa conditions will be given 28 days to rectify this situation or sent before a Pleading Panel, where their visa could have further restrictions placed or be be revoked.
In addition to these necessary measures, any visa holder who has not contributed to society by way of employment or substantial charitable donations will be taken to our Christmas House Island Centre Operations (CHICO),Time, will be taken to give visa holders the opportunity to explain as to why they should be granted an extension to their stay, any persons not giving adequate reason will be dealt with as above by the Pleading panel.
Under no circumstances should any visa holder be alarmed by this Government action as most people will have nothing to fear or hide, this action is aimed at reducing the number of persons who have been telling fibs.
The Government will be using all necessary tools at it disposal to locate all visa holders including, but not limited to, word of mouth, internet chat rooms/forums, Telephone hotline and fully trained investi Gaitors in the Northern Territory.
Ms. Daisy, your appointment is due on the 31st June 2009 at 19:20, please call the number below and ask for Mr. Ed if this time is not acceptable and we will arrange for a more suitable time and take this into account.
Yours Sincerely
