OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
Hi all, dont want to temp fate and turn our luck around but as it stands we went on the market mon, first viewers loved it and put in an offer at the full asking price!!!!!!!!! 
before the photos had even been taken. Cant believe it. There is no chain so will be able to go through asap. Also my OH has flown for 2 wks down south of melbourne as he had 2 potential sponsors down there and one who has just psonsored another guy is very keen to take him on. He's been great in showing him around, getting cheap accommodation etc. Hew did a couple hours trial work yest and the sponsor was very impressed. He starts tom to do a full weeks trial work. He says the way they plaster there is the equivelent of an apprentice here so will find it very easy no probs. The sponsor has already dicussed wages for when we move down and they are really good and said to my OH to get the visa application and he will start the process before my OH returns!!!!!!!!!!
Cant believe all is happening so fast, just hopw and pray all goes as well as it is at the mo.
He even has an appointment with the head teacher of a local school for our eldest.
He said everyone there is so friendly and bend over backwards to help, that before your through the door they cant please you enough.
He went to a nature reserve today to send some pics back for our 9 year old and took a great pic of a koala asleep on a branch above his head
Cant wait, what a life for our girls, no more sponge bob and playstation. I can smell the sea air now,lol!!!!
Well guys am so chuffed cant stop grinning. Just wanted to share my news with you. If the house sells as planned and the visa goes through ok we should be going to Oz around July!!!!!!!!!!!
