Yes, I know you're all f***ing good swimmers BUT
Believe it or not, there are a few other countries taking part in the Games ...
Right, now that's off my chest ... back to the tighest camel toe in women's volleyball ... NOW that's TV

Not a big watcher but did look at SBS for an hour last night which consisted of Korea and Germany playing football and Turkey and Aus boxing. There was mention at the beginning of the boxing match that the Aus boy was originally a pom but no mention after that even though he lost the match.
So no swimming and not much about Aus.
Are you guys watching the Olympics or are you specifically tuning into something called "Let's see how Aussie got on in the Olympics".

I'm obviously watching a parallel SBS and 7 in my parallel world. Seeing quite a bit of other nations either winning or standing on a podium
Heard the Chinese and American national anthems today and I was only in the room for an hour or so.

Maybe some people have a special chip that filters out the coverage of other nations and sports

Although I must say the coverage of Steve Redgrave has been rather lacking.

Still fairly new here but if users here are regularly going to wind us up not lucky enough to have made it yet then I may have to give 'The Barbie' a miss :P
On topic though, I watched the Greece Olympics in Aus in 2004 and you'd have thought that they were the only nation taking part. And don't even start about the amount of column inches and TV minutes dedicated to Thorpey's falling into the pool in the qualifiers!
