I've been researching potential suburbs to live in Perth ...
I'm really hoping to avoid Burberry wearing drunken ASBO castoffs in the hope of finding the quieter life.
After spending 19 years trawling the REIWA website we have plumped for a 3 bed apartment on Grand Boulevard in Joondalup.
We fly in next week after buying "blind".
The place was sold to us as it faces a really upmarket wine bar called the GBT ... or so the agent says.
It only cost us $985K for the penthouse.
Can't wait ... roll on next Friday and the good life!!!

have you noticed when the stars come through the airports they all wear sun glasses?is that so no one will recognize them or do they all use convertible planes?
heres the idea.scott i am presuming your thinner than me as most people are.
what do you think about trying to get away with being kylie minogue in dark glasses,you might think well what about ast,,,well another brilliant idea for me..pete waterman in dark glasses....
im knackerd diggin this hole mate,i cant go on and i am fed up of getting rid of dirt in my pants..!!!
