Offer on house but advise needed

Thanks everyone for your replies.
It looks like our sale may be over.
EA rang at tea time to advise she still cannot get hold of buyer but did get to speak to his financial advisor. He said buyers comapny who he works for didnt get the contract and there are going to be alot of redundancies. He said our buyer is unlikely to get made redundant but the company have 28 days to tell people. Therefore our buyer wants to makesure and so does his mortgage company that he is safe.
Financial advisor said he still really wants our house and can we wait.
I advised EA that we want to continue to market our house and if he is in a postion to buy and property still not sold (which it wont be :curse
, then he can have it.
I really dont want him to buy it now because he has not kept us informed and we have wasted 8 weeks but I know I cant get personal.
We have another EA coming next Thurs so we may market with them.
