Yeah if I do jump.... I could miss out on 22 years worth of tax free redundancy payments, which may never come.... so it's a bit like being held hostage.

I reckon we need some small modicum of concrete direction at least.

At first I thought it said fat Brit which of course I would readily qualify as one :lol:. As for you doing more work does that mean Deb has to do less then ?:sneaky:
