Default A New Tennant - Excellent

Wwwohoo, just got a call from our real estate agent to confirm we have a new tennant for our rental. They move in on the 1st April so we're only liable for the house for 3 days after moving out.

I can't tell you what a relief that is. Now we've just got to sort out moving house, my 5yos birthday, our anniversary and OH changing job - that should be enough to keep us going for one week lol

Finally, if the weather would just calm down a little I can get packed

That's good news.

Looks like you're going to be very busy!

Good Luck in the new house.

Good luck with the move.We have also been informed that our agent has found a new tennant for our rental we paid 19 extra days and nearly $200 for ads in the paper. We were worried that we would be forever paying for ads!Sue.

Wow, you're lucky, our costs for breaking the lease are nearly $1000.

It's a stressful business but I can't wait to get settled into our own place
