... waits for seal jokes...
I've just sanded a few floors at my place and now they're looking fantabulous, I want to seal them.
What's the best product to use? Any recommendations?

I recommend Tung oil. Highly durable and leaves a beautiful finish. Looks particularly good on pine and bamboo.

however, pure Tung Oil is very slow drying so be wary. One of the better Tung Oil finishes for wood floors is a product called Waterlox. It is formulated so it gives better wear resistance and dries over night. It's also real easy to touch up unlike a poly finish. Crikey, I sound like a sales rep lol

Usually pure Tung Oil takes at least 2 days to dry naturally, much longer to actually cure. There are loads products that use Tung Oil as a base these will have thinners & driers added, Waterlox is one of those. I've used it on boats & on a pine floor in the U.K it dries very quickly & can be re-coated the next day.

I used Bourne Seal in the Uk and that was excellent. However I don't think they sell it in Australia

Feast Watsons I think it's called can get it in Bunnings there's a primer then the tung oil by same maker. Similar to what Cresta said about 12 to 24 hrs to dry depending if it's the first coat or the following coats. Easy to care for once done.
