Names please

Okay everyone we need your help. We bought a cockateil yesterday. He is very friendly, he likes having the back of his head scratched. However, Mrs ZX and I can not decide on a Name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... :)

How about Leekie coz it will have a tendency to be a bit........

And if it does continually wake you up, it could end up in the soup which would obviously be cock-a-leekie.

What a sad play on words - I know! :D

I knew someone who knew someone (get my drift?!) and they had a dog called DEEFA so I reckon beefer should be in the running.

Binbird (no relation to beefer!)

"I'll ring your F...ing neck" seems to roll off the tongue quite well.

Might cause confusion though as you won't know whether the wife is talking to the bird or the dick. :D

Hahaha we used to have a Pink and Grey Galah when we were kids and it spoke well.

Also had a dog called Jason that barked alot. Now mum used to open the door and say "be quiet Jason". We used to open the door and say "shut the **** up Jason"

So PG the Galah used to say "WOOF WOOF WOOF Shut the **** up Jason" all the time. Drove my mum mad. :D

Re: Names please

We had one as a kid. We called him cookie as that was about the only word he could screech.

He'd had his wings clipped, so his flying ability was restricted to climbing on top of his cage, launching off and gliding in a spiral round the room till he hit the floor.
Anyway one day, he must have misjudged his landing, and ended up in the loo.
Unfortunately for cookie, the loo had that Bloo Loo stuff in it, so by the time he was rescued, he'd gone a funny blue green colour.
Sadly he fell from his perch the next day.
There's a moral about loo seats there.
