Hi Steve o and family

Not been on for a bit, thought i'd look in another forum and found this.....

Amazing, how cool of you to do a thread on this, it just makes us want to be there right now. it's 11 pm and i'm freezing my t*ts off and the only thing thats keeping me warm is the laptop on my knees... cant feel me toes!

i've been readin this for half an hour and really enjoyed it, you must be over the moon.. dont stop this it is highly entertaining!

Hows the job? We are very grateful for all your help re TRA. should be in the post Monday. If you find the time i have got a few questions re Wageslips on other forum Electricians......

Your life looks well cool, but what is it with sparkies thinking they can do all trades??????????? :D

Good luck Steve and thanks again....

By the way we settled for the Gold Coast!

S-j, Si and kids x

What program are you using? I have punch home design architectural series18.

Its taking me some time to get my head around it:confused: - finding it easier to sketch on excel first.

todays work in 32 degrees i might add
( i lost 2 kilo today probably all in sweat:ohmy: )

started the pool fence

you may note from the pics that we are doing it as a tempory measure
the sellers had an councill order to fence it off as it was dangerous
( its been unfenced since 89 when it was built ) anyway as we ahave just bought the property we spoke to the gold coast councill re the order and they have agreed that we can do a tempory job whilst the other works / refurb are in progress

o and we also bought a ride on this friday that as yet i`ve to get me bum on
as our terri has comondered it ;)

My problem is playing with the foundation as I am doing a large and deep underground basement garage.

Maybe its just me and the mouse not getting along:ohmy:

must admit i had some problems with setting the elevation for differnt items
maybe thats the best way to go at it
put a slab at say -2.2mtr and build walls on it again set at -2.2mtr and that should make a basement area
