well its been an busy old week and its only wednesday had two calls yesterday whilst we were unpacking the first from a company who i had sent my cv to they wanted me to come in today at 2pm for an interview mm not bad i thought and later on another call from a guy who i meet last week at his unit steve mate its a dirty hot job and youll have to work your knackers off can you start next tuesday ??? mmm if you put it that way how can i refuse i answered so i`m going down later this week to sort out the paperwork and i start next week its all going to plan at the moment ps have you seen my licnce thread?? yet another step forward ;) one week on took the job, well with an offer like that why wouldnt i :D Ive finished my first week and yeah its ok the guy i`m working seems like a good guy and as its a small firm run by him and his missus its got a real freindly atmosphere, they service, install and repair catering equipment so ive been trolling in and out of loads of restaurants all week meeting customers and ive picked up some good tips from some of the chefs and i now know which restaurants to avoid :eek: you just wouldnt eat in some places if you`d seen what goes on back of house, but i suppose that could be said of almost any food process i remember breifley working in a well known fish packaging / process plant in the uk and as a result i wouldnt feed fish fingers to a cat now :eek: so all in all everthings slotted into place without any drama`s or problems within two months so unless something else happens i`ll call it a day on this thread regards steve |

and to be honest jackie i woudnt anyway electricity and wine wouldnt be a good mix i leave that for 4.30 when i get home i have my own shelf in the fridge stacked with carlton cold filtered ;) |
