My Perfect Sandwich!
Just made myself sardines on toast (toast-ed sandwhich) with tabasco sauce and ground black pepper!

I made one of my favourites this morning, avocado, tomato, cheese, ham & mayo on a big crusty roll, YUM!

Cold "extra tasty Chicken" with a sprinkle of grated cheese on cooled down buttered toast with a dash of mint sauce, the morning after the night before !

Buttered Multigrain with crunchy peanut butter, lettuce and vegemite. 
However if I'm out and pushing the boat a tad it would be multigrain with avocado, smoked salmon, lettuce and spicy mayo.

CRUSTY bloomer white bread sliced wonky and thick with butter and sliced bananas Y-UM (the wonky cut isnt imperative though) come to think of it a nice slice of fresh crusty bloomer with butter and marmite takes a lot of beating too!
