Smile Moving to Perth

We are moving to Perth in less than two years now and are starting to think about where the best place is to move to. We are definately going to Perth but as yet cannot decide on a suburb. Can anyone give suggestions? We have heard that the Northern suburbs are supposed to be the best?

Wow.............that a hard one!! So many suburbs to choose from.
You need to consider a few factors!!
Do you have school age children. If so you will be looking for a suburb with a good school.
Do you want to be close to the beach or up in the hills?

Whats your price bracket?
Will you be commuting into the city. If so will you need to be close to the train??.............The list is endless, but I would look at price brackets first!!

Smile Re: Moving to Perth

Mia ( our little girl) will be 2 and 1/2 when we move out.

Close to the beech. We are on he coast now so hopefully it will help the home sickness.

we figured we would rent to start with. $300 - $400 per week.

And definitely close to a train station.

All help and advice gratefully received
