moving to another rental tomorrow
So i popped up today and had a look round the garden (checking for holes in fence as we have a dog), naturally i looked through the windows, and the flamin roof has collapsed in one of the bathrooms ...... and i mean totally collapsed

sent agent photos and she assures me someone will be out today to fix it.
FFS does she think it'll take 5mins.
Also cant get the bloody remote control gates to open to get a van it Phoned estate agent, as cant open them manually either
Said she will get back to me, ...... valuable moving time wasted, so opting to go on BE for some RR
