They get hot too! Some friends of mine lost theirs in a 40C+ heatwave.

Hmmm stagnation... One of our blokes at Apost has been with them for 51 years now..... His super would have to be well into the 7 figures. Doesn't want to retire, seems very happy. Is he Stagnant ?
Had chickens when I lived in Denmark which is a darn site colder than the SE England in winter. Never seemed to bother them.

As for the old boy good for him if he is happy, but for me working at Apost for 51 years would have destroyed my will to live and I don't care how much super they paid me.staying in one country for 10 years is hard enough for me ;-)

How may British living in Britain want to immigrate........ ?
Many completing the polls were pisstakers or could it be in the wording? "Planning" versus wishing they could?

But you started this theme of what happens in the Uk can happen in Australia (which is true ) when all a migrant said was they were happy to get the opportunities they got from moving.

in the past, other posters have been defensive you have been quick to point it out, now it seems you are defensive...!

Happy here (for now). I do love Australia but not to live here forever, definately not. Just want to get my eldest to finish high school and get myself through my degree, then I want to move on.

Been here 5 years, I've never envisaged myself living here longer than 10.

Indeed. Drastic measures are a last option, but a safe one, you can bet on that.

Not that expensive - occasional xbox games does it

It's the two still in the UK that cost more but that's another story.
