How can clothes have a hidden meaning.........I prepare mine, wash them, they hang on a rack to dry, shake em and wear them! There is a thing packed in a box here that is allegfedly called an iron, and I have a thing labelled "ironing board" which I use as a hatstand!
Ah one of them stick things?

I was so excited when Coles had paxo in... then I got some, made it and remembered it was reconstituted cardboard in a box
So I just make my own. Unfortunately it's way too scrummy so I could eat an entire pan myself and it's not exactly low calorie (or low carb for that matter)

However I agree about the black pudding, would kill for a few slices most morning, can taste it right now.
Cheshire, Wenslydale etc was imported here as well until Mad Cow.
I wondered about this as OXO cubes still available and on checking they contain no beef.

It's just easier to make up some Paxo. Nice enough for me and does the job i.e. served with roast chicken or spread over chicken pieces and baked until cooked or added into minced pork as a meat loaf ingredient.

Newcastle Brown Ale is available in most good bottle shops such as Dan Murphy's, however as a Geordie I can assure you it's a shadow of its former self, especially now that it's made in Tadcaster.

Restricted to Coles, Woolies, IGA and Aldi here but no black pudding
I'll stock up on a couple of kilos next time I'm in Newcastle and freeze portions.

In The Partridge Family, David Cassidy used to iron Susan Dey's hair. Where the hell did that memory come from?
