Hi,

We have had our stuff shipped from the UK delivered - and we got less than we sent.

We used John Mason Liverpool, who more or less blame anybody including Aussie customs except the " 25 yers experience, honest and trusted packers"

If anybody has had shipmenst with stuff missing, can you let me know who you used especially if it was the same lot as we did.

If you dont like to post, please PM me.I am trying to build a picture for the insurers and teh more facts I can gather, the metter it is.
Also, those about to hire shippers may be warned not to be too friendly and casual with packers.
