One of my rugby heroes, a guy called Carlos Spencer, I have a similar build to him so the trainer who set out my fitness program said it would be a good point to model on, better motivation if you have a goal he said!

Slipped the last few weeks because of lambing but back at it now.

When I started this thread I genuinely had no idea that anything had happened. I just wanted to know where Sass was because I have met her and we were going to go out again.
Now via PM's I have an idea of what has happened and I feel very sad that what should be a fun site has turned into this.
Also anothere poster has recently alluded to bad things being said about them.
