I'm perplexed by this bloke who appears on the tv one night saying that he saw the father battering the kid in a car (but didn't tell the police about that until recently), then the same bloke the next night is on the news digging holes in a local park after some physic claimed the poor wee b#gger was buried there.

That's gone through the minds of the police too apparently so they're 'investigating' the discovery 'thoroughly'.
I always find it interesting when people dump bodies wrapped in plastic. It preserves so much evidence that otherwise would get washed away by the elements.
