Our visa applications were received in Perth on 8th May, 2008 (CPV) - heard nothing yet - how long before given a case worker? Anyone else in the same boat? Ann

I got my visa..!!
Your visa is valid until: 25/03/2014
You are allowed to make: Multiple entries to and from Australia during the validity of your visa
You must not arrive in Australia after: 02/10/2009
Your period of stay is: Indefinite

Congrats Indoirish. Couldn't log in to the site for a while but glad to see almost all May applicants have already received the visa.

CO requested medicals and PCC for mine back in early Feb, but then got to know that my wife is pregnant Informed the dept and they gonna keep the application on hold till sept until the baby is born. Now really excited to have our first baby and also to see the end of the long visa process.

Still finding it hard to believe that there are Maybe's out there still waiting for that golden email....

Good Luck to those waiting...Lets hope you don't have to wait much longer...

I lodge my application on 16thMay'08

Today just get the approval

Anybody on the "May applied list" on a 475 Relative sponsorednot on CSL still waiting.? We have been advised NOT to expect anything news or otherwise prior to July....which I anticipate to mean november 'o

congrats to all that have made it.

yours seems to differ in wording from ours as ours says
initial entry as the first date and then says "must not arrive after xx xx date" and the multiple entrys is the same.

We have allready made our initial entry to oz and we are back in canada settling stuff up. (cant wait to get out of this frozen wasteland).
