mature single parent seeks reassurance
Hi
I am a 52 year old (25 on inside tho
) single parent waiting for my CPV to come good, its been with Perth since April 2008. Basically I am looking for any advise/help on settling into a new way of life in Australia with youth not being on my side. I will (hopefully) be living with my daughter in Port Maquarie NSW until I can find my own way......just wondered if anyone is in a similar situation

Welcome moving is daunting at any age I think and if we have the right attitude and can have a laugh at things then things usually work out well.
Port Macquarie is a nice place to live and I am sure there will be lots of things you can be involved in around there.
