At least 10 structures are on fire in the town, including a school which is next door to the plant.
An emergency triage center was set up at the high school football field, where personnel were waiting for nine medical helicopters at 9:05 p.m.

In theory it could just be chance, but the date, the location, the correlation with the other events - well it seems unlikely. Some reports are saying that there was a small fire at the plant, people sprayed water on it, and then everything blew up. But my question would be how the hell they would know, since this scale of explosion would kill everyone nearby at the time....
