The worst one we had told us a property was for sale becasue the vendor was dead, we got slightly suspicious when he popped back to life and signed the contract :scared: so checked around, nobody had died, but planning permission had been given next door for a 3 level home on the boundary, we found out the truth about 6 hours before the contract went unconditional.
