Not many would have an experience of all of those. I only have experience of Adelaide....so:

+ Old Fashioned
+ Friendly Locals
+ Hard to get lost
+ Stunning Sunsets over the sea
+ Old Architecture/ feel of history

- Old Fashioned
- Not many job prospects
- Inadequate Infastructure
- Future lack of water
- Isolated

You. I used only 6 words each for likes and dislikes. Although I agree with your assessment of Adelaide. I loved it, warts and all, though. Would move back there in a heartbeat if our work wasn't here.
