this christmas me and my family shound have started a new life in the australia every was in place 70k in money to take kids looking forward to going . but i had deaf in my family
to go or not with cost of living up and 2 house to sell in a bad market is anybody in the same boat cheer

to go or not with cost of living up and 2 house to sell in a bad market is anybody in the same boat cheerI think most of us are in the same boat - I think you need to look at what made you want to go in the first place and then see if you still feel the same. Some people are going with very little, others are going with quite a bit, we're all different, but we have one thing in common, we want to live in Australia.
I think the cost of living is roughly the same, as the credit crunch is affecting Oz as well.
We believe Oz will offer us a better standard of living, not necessarily loads of money in the bank (although it would be nice!). It's a big decision for you and everyone else. If we can't sell our property we may rent it out until the market gets better, not ideal but it's an option.
