Yes, but so far I'm still waiting for some.............and the gang of cockatoos is back- I keep rushing out to chase them off, but they fly just out of reach and sit and mock me.:frown:

They would mock you less if you access to a 12 bore...

Have you tried a scarecrow?

I have an owl that is supposed to frighten them. One of the cockatoos was sitting next to it!!
Trouble is, they are very clever, and protected too. Otherwise I'd have a machine gun and take the buggers out.

Well, this is a real grumble today.....

Husbands home today after being in a motorbike accident yesterday in London.

A car pulled right out in front of him and then stopped!
He has a cut leg and brushing to his thighs, broken collar bone and he's in a lot of pain.
Bikes a right off, he's lucky to be alive I suppose, however I feel that we got off lightly as he was supposed to be picking eldest son up (on the bike) from Euston Station later on that evening. That won't ever be happening again.

Me and the kids have just broke up from work and school for two weeks, most of which we were going to spend in London. Now it looks like I'll be playing nurse to a man who is more bothered about the fact that he won't be able to run the London Marathon, than he is about his injuries! Grrr!

Happy Easter! :D
