Default leather furniture what happens to it?

has anyone taken there leather sofa's dining chairs with them? my stuff is only 20months old and i want to take it all with me as it cost a fortune. just wanting to know if anything happened to the leather??? have been told to get those silca gel packs to put in when shipping as they absorb moisture! any info on this would be much appreciated.

We shipped ours and it's absolutely fine. Didn't have any silica gel with it though!

Ours was a new 2 month old soft leather sofa and chairs - no problems here with shipping

No problems with ours. If your your shippers are any good they will know what to do and sort it out.

I'm not sure leather is the best type of furniture for Aussie conditions though.

We brought 2 and have since bought another 2 but when it is hot they are crap to sit on as you stick to them!

In hindsight I would not have bought/brought leather.

From what I've seen leather is big here. I struggled to find a suite I liked that wasn't leather so I wouldn't worry to much about it.
