Ooh yes you need your brekkie if you're giving blood :eek: did you feel weak after? I've never done it, they can never get blood out of my arm, the veins are rubber they reckon, they keep moving when the needles go in :eek: they have to take it out of the back of my hand (imagine feeling sick smiley here)
