Glad it's not just me - I specially made sure to watch it because it's supposed to be so brilliant.... and I thought it was boring! A bit like a modern aussie version of keeping up appearances, only nowhere near as funny. I'm sure there were some oz-jokes that I didn't get, but still I just didn't find it entertaining at all!

I personally find it very funny but the new series on commercial tv isn't as good. It's not as long, and apparently (I'm told by a friend) the long looks and subtlety of it is reduced.

I feel the same way about Coronation Street, Neighbours, Emmerdale, game shows, chat shows, afternoon tv and pretty much anything else that's shit.
