The stamp in my passport allows me to stay for one year, I should receive the green card in 5 or 6 weeks and gives me another year. Two years from now I should receive a new green card that gives me another 10 years, and three years from now I can apply for American citizenship, which will grant me indefinite stay.

We went there as part of our validation trip and it just felt right.

I suffer terribly with jet lag it makes me feel quite ill

I don't get ill. I just fall asleep and wake up at the wrong time.
